The successful candidate will:
• have attained 3-5 years post qualified experience;
• have a good working knowledge of all aspects of general company/commercial work;
• be able to manage a varied caseload efficiently and cost effectively with minimal supervision;
• have a proven track record and ability to generate work, develop a business and fee earn to achieve financial targets;
• be able to assist and offer support to partners and senior lawyers;
• be ambitious and willing to learn new skills;
• have excellent written communication and attention to detail;
• enjoy a friendly working environment;
