Cara Forrest

I qualified as a solicitor in 2004 having trained in Bristol and have a broad range of commercial property experience across: sales and acquisitions of commercial property (including offices, shops, restaurants, and warehouses); leases (new leases, renewals, subletting, assignments and surrenders acting for both landlords and tenants); secured lending matters and Overage.  I also have experience of providing assistance to my corporate colleagues in share and asset acquisitions and disposals where there is a property element involved in the transaction.

I joined Tanners’ Commercial Property Team in June 2025 and can offer a pragmatic bespoke service covering all aspects of commercial property.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling, walking my dogs, skiing, watching rugby and trying to learn to play golf!
