Chris McCormick

After growing up in the local area, I attended the University of Surrey, where I studied law and graduated with first class honours.  I then achieved a distinction in my Legal Practice Course (with a masters in professional legal practice) at the University of Law in Bristol.

I joined Tanners in June 2021, working as a paralegal in the property team followed by an extended period in the dispute resolution department.  Now with the firm’s private client team, I am currently undertaking my training contract and am due to qualify as a solicitor in July 2024.

In my spare time, I enjoy waterskiing, walking my Labrador around the Wiltshire countryside and spending time with friends.
