As a Partner and solicitor in the Family Law team I help individuals navigate relationship breakdown whether in the event of Divorce or a separation of cohabiting couples.  I have a particular expertise in dealing with cases involving significant or complex assets although I am equally adept at dealing with more modest cases.

I often deal with cases involving business assets and have a particular specialism in Farming divorce cases.  My experience has given me the ideal contacts with forensic accountants and other professionals who can provide expert assistance in relation to issues of business valuation, tax, income and liquidity.

I also have a wealth of experience dealing with cases involving children and those where a Child Arrangements Order (previously Residence and Contact cases) is required.  I also deal with Schedule 1 Children Act cases where one parent (on behalf of a child) requires additional financial support from the non-resident parent.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2003 having worked in family law since the year 2000.  I therefore have over 20 years experience and was previously Managing Partner at the largest family law firm in the country.  I am known for developing a strong rapport with my clients and I am proactive in striving to deliver the highest levels of service whilst ensuring that my clients achieve the most favourable results.

In my spare time I am a frustrated golfer; largely frustrated by my own lack of natural ability.  I am a family man through and through and love nothing more than spending time with my wife and children.
