Jo Bisco

I joined the property team at Tanners in April 2022 having previously worked at two well-known Cheltenham law firms. From 2015 I worked predominantly in residential property as a legal assistant before starting my training contract in 2018, qualifying in April 2020.

I predominantly handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity with a lot of my work centring around rural properties. I have particular experience in equestrian properties with surrounding land. I also have extensive experience of leasehold properties, including more complex London flats which are subject to head leases.

I am approachable, and aim to keep legal jargon to a minimum in order to offer a friendly and efficient service to clients.

In my spare time I can usually be found at the yard attempting to convince my rather “strong willed” horse to do dressage.”
