Rebecca Shearing

I have gained experience working in personal injury, conveyancing, commercial property, commercial law, finance, and employment law.

I have a particular interest in commercial law, having selected commercial-focused electives during my LPC. Alongside this, I studied family and employment law during my undergraduate Law degree, giving me a well-rounded perspective and an appreciation for a wide range of practice areas. I completed my LPC in 2025 and am currently working towards qualification as a solicitor, developing my skills under the excellent supervision at Tanners.

Outside of work, I am a keen swimmer and regularly attend a masters swimming class. I enjoy challenging myself physically and have a competitive edge, which I bring to my role as a goal attack in a netball league.

I have four children, who are equally active and competitive, my weekends are spent supporting them at football, netball, and tennis matches, as well as attending the occasional dance, musical, or drama performance.

I also enjoy paddleboarding and whenever possible, I like to explore new places on the water with my lovely husband
